Ralphs Community Contribution Program


If you shop at Ralphs, you can automatically help your school raise money just by being registered for a Ralphs Rewards card.


  • Simply go online at www.ralphs.com and register your card under the organization, Pacific View Charter School (If you do not already have a Ralphs Rewards card, it is available at the customer service desk at any Ralphs.)
  • Click on Services, Community Contributions, enroll
  • If you are a new online customer at Ralphs, you must click on GET STARTED, SIGN UP TODAY in the “Create an Account” section.
  • Follow the easy step-by-step instructions to create an account.
  • REMEMBER, purchases will not count for PVCS until you register your card.
  • If you use your phone number instead of a Ralphs Rewards card, call -800-660-9003 to get your Rewards card number.


Food4Less Fundraiser


If you shop at Food4Less and have a registered “Fuel Saver Rewards” card, you can assist Pacific View Charter School in earning money for your school. Please take a Food4Less savings card and register your card online at www.food4less.com, click on “Create an Account”, and then complete the registration process. A percentage of your total grocery purchase will be donated to PVCS.

 

Donations

 

Pacific View Charter School (PVCS) sponsors and participates in a variety of annual fund raising activities. However; California’s budget crisis has drastically reduced funding for public education. The Pacific View Charter School’s budget has been reduced considerably since the 2008/09 school year. California's aggressive revenue estimates from earlier this year are now much less likely to be met. Based on California's revenue estimate shortfalls the school anticipates mid-year cuts, but the full impact of these cuts will not be recognized until half way through the 2011/12 school year. As a result of this budget crisis, parent and community members have indicated that they would like to make donations to PVCS to help support programs and services for students.


Parents, businesses and community members can donate to PVCS directly by writing a check to the school. Every gift is welcomed and every donor is appreciated and acknowledged with a letter with the school tax ID number and recognized by the Board of Trustees. PVCS is a non-profit organization qualified as a 501 (c) (3) and donations to the school are tax deductible.
