Enrollment Information
1. Your child must be five (5) years of age on or before December 2nd to enroll in
August for Kindergarten. Upon turning five (5) after December 2nd, your child may enroll
for Kindergarten. (Call for more information.)
2. Required documents for enrollment: copies of immunization records, birth certificate,
two (2) proofs of residency (utility, cable, phone bill, lease, rental agreement with
home address), proof of withdrawal/disenrollment (check-out slip) from last school
attended (NOT APPLICABLE FOR ENROLLMENT IN HIGH SCHOOL SUMMER CLASSES)
Enrollment Process
1. Complete the on-line pre-enrollment applicatin by clicking on the Enrollment Now tab in the upper right hand corner of Pacific View Charter School webpages..
2. A school representative will contact the family to schedule an initial enrollment appointment.
3. At the initial enrollment appointment, the parent and the student will provide the front office with the required documentation for verification and then meet with the Supervisory Teacher at the scheduled appointment time.
