Notice Regarding Employment History Disclosure (AB 2534 Compliance)

In accordance with California Education Code Section 44939.5, as amended by AB 2534, all applicants for certificated positions are required by law to provide a list of every school district, county office of education, charter school and/or state special school with which you have previously been employed, regardless of the length of service. 

As part of the hiring process, Pacific View Charter School will verify employment history. This may include obtaining information from previous employers regarding credible allegations, investigations, or disciplinary actions related to egregious misconduct, as defined by Education Code Section 44932.
